Course Outline:
20 years ago, quality was a prime differentiator in the market. Now it is the price of entry and Innovation is now the competitive edge. However, an important differentiator is that serial innovators have a system approach, continuously generating new ideas. This course will provide you with a system approach to managing innovation.

Chapter 1 explains ISO 56000, the concepts and principles of Innovation Management. Lesson 4 of Chapter 1 gives an overview of ISO 56002 the Guidance standard. Chapter 2 through to Chapter 7 then provide detailed explanations of how to develop your innovation management system using ISO 56002. Chapter 8, which is a longer chapter, then takes you through ISO 56001, the certification standard, and explains the key points an auditor will look for.
The Introduction, Chapter 1, and Chapter 2 are available on a free trial. You must purchase the course to access Chapters 3 to 8.
