Griffith Laboratories
A major international food manufacturer who needed a fast track route to registration. This was achieved by a high degree of involvement of both management and staff which avoided excessive burden on any one individual while at the same time capturing 'best practices' in the business.

The first of a number of successful IBM registrations facilitated by QUEST. The registration was conducted in three phses. The first part of the registration took almost two years and showed many business process improvements through certification and resulted in a effective internal audit program. Guidance and support continued until full registration was achieved.

Nulogix
A computer repair company which had enjoyed rapid growth. Business controls had become stretched. Quest ensured that by using ISO 9000 as a template the company was able to strengthen it controls and continue its growth.

Yurek Pharmacy
A supplier of intravenous medications and ambulatory equipment to a rural population. The ISO 9001 registration provided a platform for continual improvement of the business. 

Canadian Hearing Society
The Society provides hearing counselling and hearing aids to address a wide range of hearing disabilities.  They were taken to successful ISO 9001 Registration.

Ontario Home Care Association
The professional association supporting a wide range of Homecare Agencies across the Province Ontario.   Management System Development and support at the annual conference were both provided.

HLO
A homecare agency working closely with the Ontario Community Care Access Centres‎. The agency provided homecare to a widely dispersed rural community. 

Sterling Industries
A manufacturer of medical devices was taken through to ISO 9001 registration in preparation for ISO 13485.

The Canadian operation of this global player was taken to ISO 9001 Registration

Gerard Danial Worldwide
A fabricator of wire mesh products facilitated its growth by installing a series of business cotrols through ISO 9001 registration.

U.S. Steel
The Hamilton Operation was trained in the Application of ISO 14001 for its EMS.

W.R. Key Limited
A family business which was a manufacturer, distributor and exporter of steel products was transitioned to the new version of ISO 9001.

Cameco
The world’s largest miner of Uranium was taken to ISO 9001 registration and the QMS was aligned through the many mining sites.

Transcontinental Printing
One of the Canadian operations of a global printing company was transitioned to the new version of ISO 9001.
